Agreement and operator

These Terms are an agreement between you and ORIZON SYSTEMS LLC. By creating an account or using OurVeliora, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may use the service

You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. A parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult must create and control any family account containing a child's information. You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting sign-in and recovery access.

Family and caregiver authority

Only invite people who should access the family space. You are responsible for choosing roles, reviewing access, and having permission to add information about children and other people. Caregivers must use family information only for the access they were given.

Babi, reports, and health information

OurVeliora provides organizational, educational, and reflective tools. Babi, screenings, milestones, reports, and AI-generated content may be incomplete or wrong. Babi Play is a short, adult-enabled activity—not a babysitter, emergency service, or replacement for supervision. An authorized adult remains responsible for the child's environment and use. These features are not medical, mental-health, legal, educational, or emergency advice and do not diagnose, prescribe, or guarantee an outcome. Seek qualified help for decisions and emergency services for urgent danger.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you provide. You grant ORIZON SYSTEMS LLC a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the features you choose. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, violate another person's privacy or rights, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate someone, scrape or overload the service, bypass security or account boundaries, reverse engineer protected portions, or use OurVeliora to monitor or exploit a child or family member.

Subscriptions and third-party services

If paid plans are introduced, price, renewal, trial, tax, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase and may be managed by Apple, Google, or another payment provider. Linked providers and app stores have their own terms and may change or interrupt their services.

Service changes and availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve safety, reliability, or the product. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage. Export important keepsakes and keep independent copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Suspension and deletion

You may stop using OurVeliora and permanently delete your account through Settings or the public Delete Account page. If you are the only family owner, deletion also permanently removes that family space. If another owner remains, the shared space stays with that owner and your access is removed. We may restrict or suspend access for security, legal, payment, or Terms violations. Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as ownership, disclaimers, and limits—remain effective after termination.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OurVeliora is provided as-is and as-available without implied warranties. ORIZON SYSTEMS LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, or decisions made from app content. Nothing here removes rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and changes

California law governs these Terms without regard to conflict rules, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. We may update these Terms and will give appropriate notice of material changes.
